Holiday Fun

I had so much fun celebrating my fourth Thanksgiving! I even got to skip my nap that day... woo hooo! I spent time with my family & had a blast playing with my cousins as we zipped around outside on our bikes & scooters.

After dinner Mikayla & I enjoyed some chocolate chip cookies. Yum yum!

And on Friday we headed to the Christmas tree farm to pick our tree. After my nap I was even able to help Mommy & Daddy decorate it. So far I'm having a blast this holiday season!

Recent Happenings

I've been enjoying the past week & getting to know my new baby sister, Reese! I've been home from day care & spending time with my family & getting to know my sister. I love her lots & give her loads of kisses!

Since Grandma is here helping, Mommy has had time to take me outside to play & make sure I'm staying entertained. Yesterday we went outside to ride bikes & color the sidewalk with chalk. Later I painted a portrait of Finn McMissile that my mommy is proudly displaying on the fridge. Today we rode my bike to the park & played with my friends.

Friday I was able to spend some time with my good buddy, Taylor. I'm such a big helper with her & make sure she's happy & entertained. I've been a busy boy lately & lots has been going on in our lives!

What a Fun Weekend!

Friday after school it was nice & chilly outside so I rode my bike all around & spent some time with Mommy. We had such a good time & I was being such a cute, sweet & charming boy! I'm good at charming the socks off my mom!

And I had a lot of fun playing with a stick! It's the little things in life that make me happy...

Saturday morning we went & got some breakfast & then my parents were taking me to a surprise destination. It turns out we were going to see Puss in Boots! When Mommy picked me up at daycare last week, I was playing with a little Puss toy & told her I wanted to see the movie. It was very cute & I sat in the theater like such a good boy as usual!

Then this morning we got breakfast at Panera & headed to an adorable beach park where I played & kicked around in the water.

Luckily my mom keeps extra clothes for me in the car because I got soaked! But I had a blast & that's all that matters! It was pretty cool at the beach though because I got to see a bunch of little crabs which are apparently called Fiddler crabs. This weekend was jam-packed with Mommy/Daddy time since my parents head to the hospital tonight for Baby Reese's birthday which should be tomorrow. That's right, I'm going to be a big brother!!

Bouncing Fun

Saturday Mommy & Daddy took me to a super cool place called Gator Fred's after my nap. I had so much fun & seriously could have stayed for another couple of hours if they would have let me!

There were a bunch of bounce houses, mazes & slides to explore. I did plenty of climbing & jumping!

Driving cars too!

And even grocery shopping in a super hero costume! Who knew my muscles could be so huge?!

I had a great time & cannot wait to go back!

Happy Halloween!

This Halloween I decided I wanted to be Woody! Saturday my Mommy let me try on my costume & I was absolutely thrilled with how I looked! I kept yelling, "Yee-haw!" as I walked around the house.

We practiced my lines for the big day... As my parents pretended to give me candy, I'd say, "Trick-or-Treat!" Then I'd say, "Thank you!"

When I tried my costume on, my mommy saw me reaching back saying, "Where's my string?" At first Mommy wasn't sure what I was talking about until it dawned on her that I meant the pull-string that Woody has on his back! I am one creative cookie! So Mommy picked up some clear shower curtain rings & Daddy found a rope to tie around my waist & feed out the back of my costume. We make a good team!

At school yesterday I was able to wear my costume & head to the makeshift pumpkin patch my teachers created. We had a great day! When I got home we headed to Auntie Kelly & Uncle Matt's house so I could trick-or-treat with Leah.

Leah was an adorable bumble bee & we had such a great time wracking up the candy! We both filled our pumpkins & our bellies with candy until it was time to head back home. My fourth Halloween was a definite success! And as my Mommy types this post for me, I can be found sleeping in my bed with my full costume on. Oh yes, that's how I roll!
