Sporting A New Do!

Both my mom & dad decided it was time for me to get my 2nd haircut since we hear that mullets aren't back in style yet!

Again, I sat still & cooperated so well as my mom trimmed & groomed my large melon head! Whaddya think of the look? Keep in mind that I'm opposed to any negative feedback you may have!

Santa Claus Is Coming To Town!

Actually, he's already in the area & I got to see him on Saturday!!

What did I ask him for? Why, a European vacation for my parents, of course!

Christmas Trees, Goats & Mulch!

Friday morning I awoke to the sound of pitter patter outside my bedroom door. Those sounds belonged to my mom, Auntie Mel & cousin Maddy who I happily greeted from my crib! We played for a bit, enjoyed some pumpkin pancakes & left for a wonderful outing to Ergle's Christmas Tree Farm. This was my parents third time visiting, my second & my Uncle Mike & Auntie Melanie's first time.

I absolutely loved kicking around in the mulch! I even tried a bite or two.. I do need roughage in my diet after all!

I got to scope out the pick of trees from my Uncle Mike's shoulders.

This furry, little fella was so friendly & allowed all of us to pet him!

Mikayla & I got to ride in my cool Radio Flyer wagon as we perused the trees.

It was such a beautiful day; chilly but not too cold. Perfect Christmas tree picking weather. We ended up choosing a Douglas Fir tree from North Carolina instead of cutting down our own Florida grown tree. My mommy just fell in love with the Christmas tree smell of the Douglas Fir trees & couldn't bear going home without one (to Daddy's dismay... they're more expensive!) That mommy of mine has expensive taste!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving was so wonderful, as were the days that followed. My grandma & Mommy picked me up at day care on Wednesday to get the festivities started. Grandma & Grandpa spent the night at our house so they could get cooking early Thanksgiving morning.

Here I am with Daddy, just helping in the kitchen as I usually do!

Uh oh... maybe my grandma had one too many mimosas since it appears she is trying to drink from my bottle!

I was SO happy to see my cousins, Maddy & Mikayla! We had the whole day to play together & they even spent the night!

Are you ready for some football?!

It's about chow time!

Too bad I was due for a nap just as it was time to eat!

Baby Teeth

Last weekend while we visited family at my grandma & grandpa's condo, my Auntie Melanie noticed that my bottom first molars were coming in. Then during the week, my mom noticed that my top two cuspids/canines/fangs were coming in. I've also been showing signs of a cold with a runny nose & acting somewhat irritable. I don't cough during the day, but as soon as I fall asleep, my mom & dad can hear me coughing over the monitor (or so they tell me... how could I know this if I was sleeping?!)

So, my mom started thinking that I was probably coughing from choking on all the drool I spew out as I sleep. And just this evening as I was playing with my mom & threw my head back to laugh, she saw that I was getting my bottom two canines as well. SO... that means that I have at least six teeth coming in at the moment; who knows what's going on with my top gums since I never sit still long enough for my parents to see. So, I've got at least fourteen teeth going on at the moment. Apparently there are 20 baby teeth or "primary teeth" as those dental professionals like to call them. Check out this chart & you'll have a much better idea of what I'm talking about.

All in all, I'm handling all of this teething like a champ. I woke up for a bit around 8pm last night & my mom snuggled with me on my couch & rubbed my back until I fell back to sleep. My parents don't think I'm getting great sleep though since I seem to be restless over the monitor all through the night. But during the day you'd never know I was teething other than the fact that my shirt needs to be changed at least once from being fully saturated in drool!

Guess that just goes with the territory of being a baby!

Family = Love

Here are some additional pictures from our weekend at the beach. It was such fun playing with my two big cousins, Maddy & Mikayla. Granted, things may have gotten chaotic at times, but it was wonderful anyway. I'm learning so much from Maddy & Mikayla too! Maddy was writing in her workbook all weekend & I really admired her neat penmanship. And it's amazing how well Mikayla is talking these days! It was so cute to hear her calling my name.

Love me my Auntie Lauren!

Ha! It's me.. working on a laptop. Business as usual for this guy.

I've got moose ears!

Weekend at the Beach!

We headed to my grandma & grandpa's condo at the beach after I got home from day care on Friday. I had a blast spending time with my family, enjoying the beautiful weather & feeling the sand & surf on my toes.

I also learned that I'm also quite fond of sand. Oh, let me clarify, I'm quite fond of the taste of sand! A bit gritty, but rather nice, nonetheless!

Life is good.

It's a Hard Knock Life for ME!

It's a hard knock life for me! It's a hard knock life for me!
Now that I'm walkin', I fall down!
And hit my face on the ground!
It's a hard knock life for me!

I have a nasty scab on my nose from when I bit the dust at daycare the other day. But, I have to tell you that I am seriously starting to walk like a champ! I guess the bruises & bumps just go with the territory!

Breakfast Outside

Saturday morning we enjoyed our breakfast outside since the weather was so beautiful. I had so much fun walking/crawling around & stuffing my face full of pancakes!

Peek-a-boo!

Ahh! Time to open wide!

Let's see how far I can shove this ENTIRE pancake into my wide open trap!

By the way, I think I ate about four pancakes! Before you start judging me, just remember that I am a growing boy!

We also thought about having frog legs for breakfast. Kidding, kidding... this little guy happened to hop onto the plate after we had the nerve to try to open our umbrella where he was hanging out.

And for dessert? Cuddle time with my daddy!

Lounging in the Pet Bed! (Again!)

Cameron is Walking (with encouragement)!!!

I'm a Drummin' Fool!

My New Jersey

I got this jersey for my birthday from my cousin JoAnne & I love it! Here are some pictures of me wearing it on Sunday.

Hi, Mom, don't worry about me, I'm just using you as my personal jungle gym. You don't mind, do you?

Yes, I know, I'm a bottomless pit of drool! So, sue me. Uh, actually, scratch that. I'm a baby, I have no money.

Oh my goodness, look at this blue ball! Isn't it the coolest thing you've ever seen?!

Ahh!
