Cameron's Growth
Today was Cam's 4 month pediatrician check-up with shots. I was a nervous wreck b/c I know how much he cried last time with his 4 shots & this was going to be the same line up of vaccines. I was very happy when our doctor told us they recently combined the shots so he only had to get 2! He did very well and only cried for a bit. He just woke up from a 2 and a 1/2 hour nap and he seems to be in fantastic spirits... yay! So, here are his stats thus far:
Birth, 9/24/08: 6#, 10oz & 20.5" long
First doctor visit 9/30/08: 6#, 12oz (14th percentile), & 21" long (81st percentile)
2 month visit 12/8/08: 14# & 25" long
Today's 4 month visit 1/27/09: 17#, 2oz (88th percentile) & 26" long (84th percentile)
So, he has gained over ten pounds and grown 5 and a 1/2 inches in 4 months!
Cameron has an extremely large head! His head circumference is 17.72" right now which is in the 98% percentile. No wonder why labor was so painful!!

Keep The Green Beans in your prayers
Our wonderful friends Lauren & Josh are expecting quads and are in need of all the prayers you can offer! Lauren is at Tampa General Hospital right now & any thoughts & prayers that can be sent their way would be awesome. They're both tough cookies and I know their little beans are too! Check out Lauren's blog to keep an eye on their progress: Click Here
