Eleven Months Old!!!

One month from today, I will be one year old!


I've found that as an eleven month old I really enjoy eating.


Wait... I've enjoyed eating since the moment I was born!


As an eleven month old, I FINALLY plan on saying, "mama"


Ha ha, don't bet on it, Mom! We'll just have to wait & see!

Spontaneous Saturday

Saturday afternoon we just so happened to be going to Target at the same time as Uncle Matt, Auntie Kelly & Leah so we were able to spend 2 nights in a row together! We decided to grab a bite to eat at Chili's afterward & it was a lot of fun!

Date Night

Friday night we went over to Auntie Kelly & Uncle Matt's house & I was able to spend some time with my girl friend, Leah. Pretty soon Leah will be crawling around & we'll be able to get into lots of trouble together! I'll have to work on her though since she seems awfully girly; not sure she'll want to get rough & tumble with me! Either way, I'm one lucky fella to have such a pretty friend.




My first real kiss! Well, kind of. It was a little
awkward with our parents right there.

Tuckered Out

Fun times with my big cousin!

Today we met up with Grandma & Grandpa Schuth for some Chicago-style pizza at Giordano's. My wonderful cousin Maddy happened to be spending the weekend with Grandma & Grandpa so we were able to spend some quality time together!

Yesterday Mom decided that we should get out for some fresh air and exercise. The sky above us looked decent but the surrounding area was very dark & gloomy. Dad tried to talk Mom into turning around, but she can be a bit stubborn sometimes, so we continued on. As we were about a mile from our house, we realized that the storm was coming quickly & we really needed to hurry back if we had a chance of beating it.

Well, this is where things got interesting.. Mommy was pushing my stroller with Stella in the basket on the bottom & Daddy was walking with Dempsey. Mom suggested that we run so Dad scooped Dempsey up & we all began running down the street; I can only imagine how crazy we must have looked to passerby's! I suppose running with a 20 pound Pug must be difficult since Daddy told Mom to run ahead with me as the rain started pelting down. I had a blast as I lounged back, staying dry under the stroller's umbrella as my mom huffed & puffed behind me. By the time we reached the garage, you would have thought there was a monsoon out there, so we knew Dad & Demps would be drenched when they got back.

Thanks to my mom & her hair-brained ideas, we got some exercise along with a lot of unexpected laughs!

Saturday schenanigans!

Saturday morning was very eventful, starting with breakfast at CW's Country Cafe where I was able to have my own pancake from the kid's menu for only $1! My mom & dad also shared their eggs, grits, sausage & potatoes with me which were all delish!

We finished the morning off at Target where we browsed through the toy section to get some birthday ideas for me! Yep, that's right, I'll be one in a little over a month! Time has really flown by; it feels like just yesterday I was just busting out of my mom's stomach! Her lady bits will never be the same thanks to me & my 100th percentile head!


I am always carrying something as I crawl around!

Sick again!

Friday night as I fell asleep, my mom & dad discovered that a cough was on its way as I hacked through the night. I've progressively gotten worse, so my parents started my breathing treatments again. We also spent a good 10-15 minutes in the bathroom with the shower running at its hottest setting because I sounded like a barking seal. Perhaps it could be croup? Either way, after my time in the steam room, the bath & breathing treatment, I was in very good spirits & played for the rest of the evening. Mom even got creative & used the hamper as a car!

Beep Beep! Here's to hoping I sleep better & kick this sickness!

Yesterday the whole family gathered at Turtles in Sarasota for Auntie Lauren & Uncle Gregg's wedding shower. I was able to crawl around the room, eat lots of food & mingle with all the guests. It was a great time had by all!
